This is the class we focus on the muscles that are the foundation to your base: the booty & core. We incorporate mini bands and different workout styles like: tempo, HIIT, strength, pilates & stretching while also moving to the bass of the song.
This class infuses a flash of belly dancing, soca and hip hop music to keep your body moving to the rhythm for an awesome cardio workout. It’s also known to give a lot of face boners (AKA: smiling).
Designed with low-impact movements & techniques from classical ballet that are gentle on the joints, but challenging on the muscles. Meet us at the barre with weights and mini bands for a dancing and sculpting party.
The HIIT class where all our movements are done to the beat of electronic dance music, so working out can be done collectively as a group, and feel like a party. We incorporate whole body strength & cardio with (and without) weights.
